How Will Customers Get the Return Label?

For Defective Products:
If the product is incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective, please email us at sales@safetygears.uk, and we will provide you with a return label. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For Customer Remorse:
If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item, please email us at sales@safetygears.uk, and we will send you a return label. The return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Product Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Items Received as Faulty

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will verify the fault and send a replacement item.

Refund Policy
